I’m calling to ask you to help make airlines more open and fair in the extra fees they are adding on to the price of my ticket. As Congress debates the FAA Reauthorization bill, please ensure that it does not weaken existing consumer protections, includes language that would help consumers understand the full costs of flying before we book our tickets, and reins in unreasonably high fees for changing or cancelling flights. Please keep this bill strong for consumers.
