Heaven Hill Distillery made an estimated half-a-billion dollars in revenue during the pandemic, while its workers in Bardstown, Kentucky have been on the frontlines helping produce the hand sanitizer that has kept Kentucky's first responders safe. Not to mention distilling some of Kentucky's finest bourbon and liquors.

Despite this, Heaven Hill is proposing a new five-year contract for its workers that cuts overtime, making it harder for employees to support and care for their families.
