HR 7337, Access for Veterans to Records Act, will require the Archivist of the United States to submit a plan to Congress to eliminate the records backlog at the National Personnel Records Center. While we understand that the pandemic required a number of employees to work remotely, the medical situation has stabilized in this country. In order to obtain records to support the claims for sick and dying veterans, the National Archives must become more responsive. Please contact your elected officials and ask them to support HR 7337.
