If you have ever hoped for regulatory relief from Washington, I have some good news and I need your help.
You will recall that last spring Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) introduced HR 2120, a measure with the potential to deliver expanded investment to our industry, improved safety and stepped up job creation by reducing and streamlining federal regulations and the regulatory process.
As Congress gets ready to take on infrastructure improvments, the good news is that many of the provisions of HR 2120 could be part of that legislative push. If passed, components of HR 2120 could result in numerous benefits to our industry and the traveling public that relies on bus and motorcoach operators.
I strongly encourage you to get involved and to share this email with colleagues and employees so they can join this critical campaign for our industry.
Champions of this legislation are working to have it included in whole or in part in any infrastructure legislation Congress acts upon, so quick and decisive action is needed.
Your support in this matter will help to make a difference as we seek common sense regulatory reform, increased safety, and growth for the bus and motorcoach industry.
