Thank Congress for Passing the Home Health Care Planning Improvement Act S.296/ H.R. 2150

In March 2020, The Home Health Care Planning Improvement Act S. 296/H.R. 2150 was passed into law as part of the CARES Act.

The home care community has worked tirelessly for more than a decade to allow Non-physician health care professionals such as Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physicians’Assistants (PA) the ability to certify Medicare beneficiaries  for home-based care and services.

Please join us in thanking our U.S. Senators and U.S. Representatives for their support of this crucial legislation.

Contact your member of Congress to thank them for including the Home Health Care Planning Improvement Act as part of the CARES Act recently passed into law.

One of our most important constitutional rights is the ability as individuals to petition and participate in our government. It is a fundamental way we share our beliefs and passion and influence policy. Change is achieved through the strength and unity in our voices. Know that your action is important and appreciated. Through your efforts we have been able to change the health care landscape and ensure all Americans are able to easily access quality home health care services when they need them while preserving continuity of care.
