Thank Congress for Passing the Home Health Care Planning Improvement Act S.296/ H.R. 2150

In March 2020, The Home Health Care Planning Improvement Act S. 296/H.R. 2150 was passed into law as part of the CARES Act.

The home care community has worked tirelessly for more than a decade to allow Non-physician health care professionals such as Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physicians’Assistants (PA) the ability to certify Medicare beneficiaries  for home-based care and services.

Please join us in thanking our U.S. Senators and U.S. Representatives for their support of this crucial legislation.
