The Real Education for Healthy Youth Act (REHYA) was introduced in 2013 to make access to information the forefront of sex education in public schools around the country. REHYA will make sure federal funds are used to provide education that is evidence-based, inclusive, and medically accurate. It will also make sure that federal money is NOT used for dangerous and ineffective abstinence-only-until-marriage programs. One size does not fit all when it comes to education and sexual health. REHYA needs your support if we ever want to see sex education that considers all students’ needs.
Congress should know that young people want real sex education in order to make healthy decisions about their health and relationships. Ask your Seantor to support the Real Education for Healthy Youth Act!
