New Yorkers don't have a right to clean air, water, or a healthful environment. Right now, unregulated chemicals, sewage overflows, air pollution from smokestacks and tailpipes, and much more, have enormous consequences on our public health. We've seen crises in communities from Buffalo to the North Country, and Hoosick Falls to Long Island.
Given the ongoing roll backs of federal protections for the benefit of polluters, dangers are growing!
Urge your Senator to finally give New Yorkers a Constitutional right to air that is safe to breathe, and water that is safe to drink!
